Active lifestyle

Lifestyle is basically how we roll in our day-to-day. It's all about the stuff we do, the things
we like, and the way we live our lives. From what we eat to how we spend our free time,
it's the whole package that makes us who we are. So, when we talk about lifestyles, we're
diving into the unique blend of habits, preferences, and choices that make each of us tick.

With its name you can get an idea of what it means. An active lifestyle is one followed by
people who exercise regularly, do not stop learning, traveling and doing all kinds of
activities.
It's a sociological concept that helps us understand the ideas, values, and behaviors of
human communities. It's basically the "set of rules people follow to reach their goals in
life." Now, we see it more as the path someone chooses to live their life.
- What it´s?: Being active means moving around throughout the day, like walking or
playing sports, instead of sitting around all the time.
- Benefits: It helps your heart, lungs, and muscles stay strong, controls your weight, lowers
the risk of diseases like diabetes and heart problems, makes your bones and muscles
stronger, boosts your mood, and reduces stress.
- Problems: Sitting around a lot can lead to problems like diabetes, high blood pressure, and
weak immunity.
-Consequences of inactivity: Try to do some kind of aerobic activity like walking or biking
several days a week, and do strength training exercises at least twice a week.
- Tips for being more active: Set goals, find ways to move more throughout the day, keep
track of your activity, start slowly and build up, do activities you enjoy, and get support
from friends and family.
- Nutrition and activity: Eating healthy foods gives you the energy to be active. Work with
your doctor to make a plan for healthy eating and have a good weight.

We need be health and active all in a day’s work for our quality of life
