TO BE HELD IN NOV.- 2023
1. Candidates are requested to be present at their respective places of examination FIFTEEN MINUTES before the
time appointed for starting of the first paper and TEN MINUTES before the time of starting of each subsequent
paper. They are forbidden to take any book or paper into the examination hall.
2. Important Note: Code Numberss given in the Bracket are Computer Code of respective Subjects, Students should
mention these Code Numbers on Answer Books with Name of the Subject. Also write these Code Numbers on
JSR (Junior Supervisor Report) and related documents.
3. All the Candidates are asked to follow the timely instructions given by University in accordance with the
examinations methodology.
4. As per the Rights of Person with Disabilities Act
Act-2016
2016 the persons with Disabilities are given 20 minutes
extra for one per hour for the Online/Offline exam. (

NOTE: -
1. The Viva–voce Examination will take place before/after the conclusion of the Examination. Due
notice will be given by examiners on the notice board of the College, about the date, time and
place of the Viva-voce examination and the order in which candidates are to be present
themselves. Candidates are requested to remain present at the time and place appointed for their
Viva-voce Examination. Those who fail to presents themselves at the appointed time and place
will not be examined in Viva-voice.
2. Students should see their Seat No. and Name in the Name-list and mistakes if any should be
communicate to this office immediately. All Candidates are requested to confirm their
Examination Seat Numbers as well as place of the examination on the Notice Board of the
University / Colleges mentioned below at least two days before the date of the Examination. The
candidate should write correct Seat No. on Answer Book. If candidate writes wrong Seat No. on
Answer Book the performance of said subjects will not be considered.
3. Candidate should write Answer in Blue Ink only.
4. Cellular Phone, Scientific Programmable Calculator, Pager & Digital Diary or any Means which can
be used for unfair practice are not allowed in the Examination Hall.
5. The Examination program is subject to change. If there is any change in the Examination
programme, the University is not responsible for loss of inconvenience caused to the candidates.
6. Seating arrangement is made date-wise and subject-wise; therefore candidates are requested to
see their seating arrangement one-day before the date of examination.
