Conversational Interfaces> Conversational Interfaces Guided Setup
Install - Glide Virtual Agent

Select Get Started< Customize your setup Select Get Started < Configure
First Select which agent in your current instance type
 virtual agent for IT service management
 workspace Agent Chat
Activate - Glide Virtual Agent
- ITSM Virtual Agent
- Service portal web client

Active Plugins
Navigate to System Applications > All Available Applications > All.
Install Plugins
Plugins - ITSM Virtual Agent Conversations id: sn_itsm_va

Virtual Agent in Service Portal


Service Portal Agent Chat Configration
Click on New
In record, Fill Name Order and Portal
Submit the record
