    Water Jet Pump

    HLK-31000 Water Jet:

    The HLK-31000 Water Jet, has been developed to assist in cleaning tasks needed on
    many sub-sea structures before intervention. Driven by a 3 phase motor, the pump
    can deliver 18 litres per minute at 120 bar, though an orbital nozzle. The nozzle can be
    deployed by a manipulator or fixed on the ROV and directed by the ROV itself.

    Disassembly Procedure

    1. ENSURE THAT THE POWER IS


    ISOLATED FROM THE MOTOR
    BEFORE COMMENCING ANY WORK
    ON THE POWER PACK

    2. Remove the M10 x 30 Screws (13) &


    Washers (18) retaining the Water Pump
    (24) to the Adaptor (5)

    3. Remove the Water Pump (24) and replace


    the BS 152 O Ring (10) around the Water
    Pump face.

    4. Remove the Pump Coupling (6)

    5. Remove the M6 x 30 Screws (14) and


    Washers (19) retaining the Adaptor (5) to
    the Motor Housing (1)

    6. The BS 161 O Ring (11) on the Adaptor


    (5) can be replaced

    7. Replace the Bearing ( 14)

    8. Remove the Shaft/Rotor Assembly (3)

    9. Remove the M4 Screws retaining the End


    Plate (2) to the Motor Housing (1)

    10. Replace the BS162 O Ring (22) in the


    groove of the End Plate (2)

    11. Replace the Bearing (15) in the End


    Plate (2)

    12. Re assembly is the reverse of the


    disassembly instructions above
