Procedure:
1. Remember the experiments that you did to present the properties of matter and phase changes of
matter.
2. You can also watch YouTube videos on the experiments about the states of matter. Click the following

3. Do at least 3 simple experiments to present the states of matter and phase changes of matter.
(Reminder: Ask for the assistance of your parent/ guardian especially when dealing with hot, sharp or
hazardous objects)
4. Take a VIDEO of your experiment demonstration.

6. Suggestion: You can assign 1 person in your group to work on each simple experiment. So that no

as your group output.

Procedure:
1. Remember the discussions and activities about how water behaves in different states in a water cycle.
2. Your science teacher will provide a learning material on the physical changes of matter.
3. You and your groupmates are tasked to write a song about the water cycle. Be reminded to include in
the lyrics of your song about how water behaves in different states in a water cycle and other necessary
concepts/terms.
4. You may use a tune from an existing song, but it is highly suggested to create your tune for originality.
5. You can also watch YouTube videos about water cycle and sample water cycle songs. Click the

6. Encode the lyrics of your Water Cycle Song and have it printed in A4. Submit to your science teacher
for checking before the presentation in the class.
7. Your group may bring a musical instrument or a small speaker (background music) for the
presentation of your output. All members are encouraged to sing the Water Cycle Song.
8. Your group singing of the Water Cycle Song will be graded based on the rubric attached herewith.
