MUNICIPAL MAYOR OF SAN VICENTE, THROUGH MUNICIPAL ASSESSOR,
PENNY PENNEL R. MOLO TO FACILITATE THE DEED OF DONATIONS OF
OWNERS OF SUBJECT LOT PARCELS FOR ROAD OPENING IN SITIO
PAMUAYAN, BARANGAY PORT BARTON, THIS MUNICIPALITY"

WHEREAS, Sitio Pamuayan, located in Barangay Port Barton, San Vicente
Municipality, has been facing accessibility challenges due to the absence of a proper road
network;
WHEREAS, the lack of a well-established road infrastructure has resulted in the
isolation of Sitio Pamuayan, hindering access to essential services such as transportation,
emergency response, and economic opportunities;
WHEREAS, recognizing the urgent need for improved connectivity, several generous
landowners in the vicinity of Sitio Pamuayan have expressed their willingness to donate portions
of their properties for the establishment of a road connecting Sitio Pamuayan to the main
thoroughfares;
WHEREAS, the successful execution of the Deed of Donations is crucial for the
realization of the proposed road opening in Sitio Pamuayan;
WHEREAS, the Municipal Assessor, Penny PENNEL R. Molo, plays a vital role in
coordinating and facilitating the necessary procedures related to property donations;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
a) The Sangguniang Bayan of San Vicente hereby requests the Honorable Amy Roa
Alvarez, Municipal Mayor of San Vicente, through Municipal Assessor Penny PENNEL
R. Molo, to facilitate the Deed of Donations for the subject lot parcels donated by the
landowners in Sitio Pamuayan, Barangay Port Barton.
b) The Municipal Assessor is requested to coordinate with the concerned landowners to
ensure their full cooperation in executing the Deed of Donations.
c) The Municipal Assessor is further requested to draft the required legal documents and
oversee the process of executing the Deed of Donations in a timely and efficient manner.
d) The Municipal Assessor is authorized to seek any additional support, resources, or legal
counsel as necessary to expedite and ensure the successful completion of the Deed of
Donations.
e) The Municipal Mayor is urged to give due attention and support to this resolution,
considering the urgent need for improved infrastructure and connectivity in Sitio
Pamuayan.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, The Sanggunian Bayan of San Vicente expresses its gratitude
to the Honorable Amy Roa Alvarez, Municipal Mayor of San Vicente, and Municipal Assesor,
Penny PENNEL R. Molo for their continued dedication to the welfare and development of the
municipality:
