Circulars to Parents – Term 2 GAP Week Schedule

Dear Parents,
Greetings!
As we enter the second phase of the blessed month of Ramadan, we extend our warmest greetings to
you and your families. May this month bring you peace, blessings, and spiritual growth…Ameen
Kindly find attached important updates regarding next week timings and the upcoming gap week
activities.
• GAP Week Timings from 25th March’24 to 28th March’24 will be from 7:30am to 11:30am for all
students (EYFS to Year 13) In view of reduced timings first 6 lessons will be followed, kindly send
the books accordingly.
• GAP Week Fun Activities will be followed in between the lessons and students can come to
school in the mentioned dress code and should bring necessary resources as per the plan
attached.
• Year 6 & Year 9 will have intervention classes in core subjects as per the shared schedule in
preparation for the checkpoint exams. (Kindly check the schedule and send resources
accordingly) in between the lessons they will get chance to get involved in gap week activities
and can come in the dress code mentioned as others.
• Year 11 to Year 13 will have intervention classes as per their time table for mock 3.
• Students who were absent and who have retest (Year 1 to Year 10) exams will have the exams
as per the retest exam schedule, kindly check your email for intimation from Supervisors.
• EYFS /primary students/students who are not fasting will be given liberty to have their
break/tiffin during their break time.
• School canteen will remain open on all the working days from 7:00am to 10:00am.
• Own transport Parents should drop their kids between 7:15am to 7:30am. Students coming after
7:35am will be marked late.
• Ramadan Charity: Students can donate Ramadan Charity items by next week.
• Timings for Admin staff on Sunday and Spring break will be from 9:00am to 1:00pm.
• Kindly find attached timings and GAP Week schedule.
