AFFIDAVIT OF THENMOZHI,
I, Thenmozhi, Wife of Mr.Pandian, Hindu, aged aboutyears,
Residing at Old No.5, New Door.21, Pillaiyar Kovil Street, Ethiraj Nagar,
Mettupalayam, West Mambalam, Chennai-600 033, do hereby solemnly
affirm and sincerely state as follows:

1. I am the Petitioner/ccc-Holder in the above E.P. and as such
the racts of the
T am well-acquainted with case
2. I submit that in pursuance to the Order of Eviction in R.L.T.O.P.
No.116 of 2021, dated 02.08.2025 passed by this Hon'ble Court, I had
filed the above E.P.No.46 of 2024 and this Hon'ble Court was pleased to
Order delivery of possession dated 29.02.2024.
3. I submit that I paid the delivery Batta on 01.03.2024 in
P.S.A.No.2704/2024 and I accompanied the Bailiff on 26.03.2024 and the
Petition-premises GKS Tailors" situate at Door No.63/21, Ethiraj Nagar,
Thiruvalluvar Street, Metupalayam, West Mambalam, Chennai 600
033 was found locked and moreover the Petition premises being situate in
a hot of the city, the Bailiff in his report before this Hon'ble Court has
also sought for break open order to execute the Warrant. Henee the bailiff
was unable to execute the Warrant. Hence it is just and necessary that
this Hon'ble Court is pleased to order Break-open of the locked Petition-
premises, and on the other hand I will be put to irreparable loss and
untold hardship.
It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to
pass an Order of Break-opening of the Lock found in the premises more
fully described in the Schedule to the Petition and thus render justice.
