Re: Letter of invitation for my uncle (family friend), Tapas Basak, Passport Number: A07506276.

This is to certify that Tapas Basak, who is my family friend, will be visiting me in Montreal,
Quebec, Canada from 25th April 2024 till 25th May 2024. My uncle is from a different religion
(Hindu) and had considered my mother, Kazy Nobarun Nesa, (Muslim) as his elder sister from a
very young age. It’s a Hindu culture called “Raksha Bandhan” where non-blood related people
can call each other siblings. My parents have known him since 1997 and I have also known him
as my own uncle.

My uncle’s main reason to visit Canada is to explore Niagara Falls in Ontario and if possible, he
would also like to gain some knowledge about the clothing business in Canada if the opportunity
rises. He has a clothing business in Bangladesh and will be providing necessary information
and documents for further verification.

My uncle will be living at my house during the visit in Montreal and when he visits Niagara Falls,
he will be renting a motel called Lundy’s Motel if his visit visa gets approved. He will be carrying
his own expenses since he has his own business and will be solely paying with cash. He will be
providing his bank statement as required by the visa requirement list to ensure that he is
financial stable.

I was a Customer Service Representative at ALDO INC. and had recently resigned from the job
and had come to Bangladesh for vacation.
