Madam:
I am the Accounting Head at Abeleda Accounting Firm writing this letter to inquire about
catering service at your company. Our firm is celebrating our 25th founding anniversary on
December 10,2032 with a theme of a Masquerade party.

celebration.
We would like to learn more about your catering group before hiring you. Here are some details
of our event, and your answers will be helpful for us to come up with the decision:
1. Do you have photos of past events with a similar theme so we can assess what
the finished product looks like?
2. Can you give us information about your payment policy, deposit requirements,
and additional upfront costs?
3. Can you provide sample menus appropriate for the theme of the event?
4. How many guests can you accommodate?
We look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible. You can email me at
diannecrist.anoyo@gmail.com or contact me at 0908-137-0245. Thank you.
Sincerely,
Madam:
