Favorite sites where some of our men folk love to urinate in public places.
When you are away from home and the call of nature suddenly comes to you, you may do
your own thing in one of these public Latrines. There are beautiful faucets in a single of them
highly polished nickel spigots but the surprising thing is that very often not a single drop of water
comes out through them. We have toilets in all kinds of locations where large groups of people
usually gather-markets, schools, churches, hospitals, shopping malls, restaurants but the wonder
of it is that favorite sites of our men folk is to urinate in public places.
By the way, you’ll have to bring along with you, your own tissue or toilet paper because
usually it is simply nonexistent there. I hope the time will never come when will have to bring our
own toilet bowl too.
Difficult in throwing the trash away even though the big opening of the garbage bin.
Our young people are expert basketball players. They are sharp shooters able to put the ball
through the ring even at considerable distance. The wonder of it is that when you send them to throw the
trash away, they cannot put it trough the big opening of the garbage bin. They throw it outside the
receptacle to the great delight of dogs, cats, pigs and rats.
Throwing away lighted cigarette butts on highly combustible materials and try to burn wet matter
in a slow fire which procedures smoke for hours for the benefit of asthmatics and other respiratory
ailments.
Everyone knows well that green leaves and other wet matter will not burn easily. But some matter
won’t burn easily. But some still try to burn them anyway in a slow fire which produces smoke for hours
and hours.
Some put garbage in receptacles with very light covers, or even without any cover at all.
Consequently, cats and dogs bring out their contents, especially at right. This some roads are l\ittered with
leftover food, disposable diapers, and sanitary napkins and so on.
These, then, are the “WONDERS” of waste/garbage disposal. We have considered them
somewhat facetiously, but really garbage disposal is a previous business
The above- named school conducted a School Learning Action Cell (SLAC) in English last
