PATHFIT 4 Journal (WEEK 5)

Gerald Millo, a 2nd year student, kept a physical activity and food log for one week. Each day, he recorded his resting and maximal heart rates after various physical activities like walking, jogging, and playing volleyball. In total, he spent 330 minutes being physically active. He also logged his daily meals, noting breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Through this process, he reflected on the importance of regular physical activity and a balanced diet for overall health and well-being.
