AND NOW. this 4th day of January, 2019, the undersigned enters the following statement
pursuant to the Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure 1925(a).
On November 13th, 2018, (docketed November 14th, 2018) this Court Ordered the subject
Property in this appeal be sold by the Sheriff, pursuant to the appointed Master's recommendation.
On December 7111, 2018, Appellant Grace Roberts filed a Notice of Appeal of the November 13'1\
2018 Order to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania under Docket Number 1621 CD 2018.
This Court, by Order dated December 11th, 2018, directed Appellant to file a Concise Statement
of Matters Complained of on Appeal.
On December 31 st, 2018 Appellant filed an incoherent, indec p
i herable Statement of
Matters. On January 2nd, 2018 AppelJant filed five more documents as Statements of Matters.
These subsequent :filings appear to be exhibits. Appellant's filings are not concise, do not list
matters complained of, or allege any errors of law made by this Court. • As such, this Court cannot
surmise the basis for Appellant's appeal. Therefore, this Court is submitting this abbreviated
1925(a) statement in lieu of an Opinion and Appellant's issues are deemed waived pursuant to

1. When it come to Grace Roberts paying for the prior owner's deliquent taxes for 722 west
Roosevelt Boulevard for the years 2001 through 2006 are the prior owner's contract and
judgments stay with the prior owner's responsibility.
2. When it comes to Grace Roberts paying for deliquent taxes for 722 Weat Roosevelt
Boulevard in the years 2016, through 2020 pursuant to the Zodiac Constitution it is not
Grace Roberts responsibility. At no time has this court system shown the law, in the truth.
3. At no time, did Grace Roberts pay for her property at 722 West Roosevelt Boulevard in
Federal Notes (lawful Silver coins), and at no time, will Grace Roberts accept any Federal
Notes for her property/structure using a method called "tax overages".
4. At no time, has the CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, TAX REVENUE ever given Grace Roberts
substance for substance for her property located at 722 West Roosevelt Boulevard.
5. When it comes to Grace Roberts signing a contract with the CITY of PHILADELPHIA for
deliquent taxes for the property located at 722 Weat Roosevelt Boulevard that contract is
terminated by Truth A+1 222141, nonq pro tunq.
6. ©n Monday, March 11th , 2024 c.c.y. at 11:00 a.m. eastern standard time, you sheriff Bali!,
Rochelle, are kommanded to appear at the property/structure located at 722 West
Roosevelt Boulevard to open the property/structure and submit all keys, security
kodes and blueprints belonging to the property/structure to this government at this time.
7. You, Bali!, Rochelle, will make sure all utilities (gas, water and electricity) are properly
turned on, and that all utilities are in prepaid status.
