LOADING / TRANSPORT
Low--platform trailer:
- Low-- bed type (900 mm height):
Possibility of transporting one crane with complete ballast and axles pinned in high position.
Container:
This packaging requires a special preparation.
-- Please consult us
NOTE :
2,40 m 1,60 m
-- WITH THE AXLE DS 61 / S 80, base ballast and footboard dismantled, the
trailer train has a 1,6 m width (access to difficult sites, small streets in town
centres, etc.). The S80 axle is adjustable, two track widths are possible.
CHASSIS
Setting up:
Simple and quick setting up:
-- Low standard support plates (400 x 400 mm of ground surface)
-- Heightened support plates as option (380 x 400 mm / height 220 mm)
-- Large support plates (450 x 450 mm) for propping up using optional jacks
-- Possible with crane completely or partially ballasted
-- Slewing possible through 360_ (base ballast in place)
The rear axle can remain in place on the mast (from S30 to S125).
Practical accessories
-- Support plates made of composite can be supplied (very good resistance and very long lifetime);
available at our Crane CARE spare parts service.
Reduced ground SPACE -- The Igo 10 can be erected within confined spaces.

. Slow for placing the load, tensioning the slings,
lifting off the load
-- 2nd notch:
. This is an intermediate working speed
-- 3rd notch:
. Variable speed adapted to the weight of the
lifted load
CONSTITUTION OF THE MECHANISM:
. 1 three--phase squirrel cage motor with a frequency converter
. 1 bevel reduction gear, long--lasting greasing integrated into the drum
. 1 electromagnetic brake which applies as soon as the current is cut off (possibility of manual brake release)
The “Optima” concept ensures a higher productivity. The weight of the handled load
is measured, the system adapts the maximum permissible speed to the 3rd notch.

MECHANISMS
Slewing mechanism:
( 1,1 kW )
Trolley winch:
( 1,1 kW )
1 D1V 3
m/min 24
Safety devices:
(control by electromechanic logic)
-- Moment cutouts (cut the “Hoisting” and “Trolley out” motions)
-- MSWL cutout (cuts the “Hoisting” movement)
-- Hoisting overspeed detector
-- Trolley out limit switch for jib folded up and jib aligned
-- Trolley in limit switch
-- Upper and lower hoist limit switch
-- Upper hoisting deceleration limit switch
-- Slewing limiter
Hydraulic equipment:
-- The hydraulic equipment ensures 2 speeds for unfolding and folding of
the crane
-- The controls of mast cylinder and jib cylinder are independent. This
allows, with a slewing control available at any moment, a considerable
smoothness during the erection (avoiding obstacles)
-- The hydraulic unit is equipped with solenoid valves controlled by the
radio control

ARGUMENTS
Advantages of Igo 10
OPTIMUM CHARACTERISTICS
LVF Optima hoisting winch with:
-- A considerable speed range:
. low creep speed for precise load positioning
. good low speed
. excellent high speed with three--phase supply, more particularly with a 500 kg load
or hook without load
DRIVING
-- Smooth and noiseless driving thanks to the frequency variation mechanisms
-- New compact, ergonomic transmitter
TRANSPORT
-- Transport of the complete crane (with ballast and transport axles) is possible on low--
platform trailer or tilt type semitrailer
-- A considerable choice of axles for site transport (10 km/h) or road transport (25 km/h)
-- Considerable ground clearance
-- Easy entering or leaving the site
CONFIGURATIONS
-- Operation with horizontal jib, raised jib or horizontal jib folded up in order to adapt to
the various site configurations
ERECTION
-- Simple and silent erection thanks to the hydraulics
-- Unfolding the jib with vertical mast ensuring the alignment of the jib above a ditch
-- The optional derrick avoids the use of an auxiliary lifting equipment for placing the
900 kg blocks
MAINTENANCE
-- The hoisting and slewing mechanisms and the hydraulic unit are located at breast
height and are weather resisting.
-- If an operation on the trolley winch is necessary, the crane can be easily and quickly
folded up.
-- Screens for the “man--machine” communication are integrated into the frequency
converters.
-- Screens for diagnosis aid are also available on the radio control receiver display
(processing unit)
FINISHING
-- Greasing points on the hinges.
-- Water level built--in into the chassis.
-- Protected screw jacks in order to prevent jamming in the chassis legs.
