ORIENTACIONES PARA LOS PADRES DE FAMILIA
Esta guía de aprendizaje de inglés para el trabajo en casa se preparó con el fin de ayudar a su
hijo o hija a profundizar sobre la estructura básica de un párrafo y al tiempo revisar las diferentes
partes que componen un discurso en inglés desde un enfoque gramatical. De igual manera, se
trata de hacer una revisión de todos los tiempos verbales. Algunos de los recursos usados en
esta guía se pueden encontrar también en el libro ‘English, Please! 2 del Ministerio de Educación
Nacional.
Las actividades en esta guía se encuentran distribuidas de la siguiente manera:
- La actividad 1 son 2 ejercicios de vocabulario relacionado a la escritura y las partes del
discurso.
- La actividad 2 son algunos ejercicios de comprensión de lectura, a partir de dos textos de 2
personas con una gran historia de vida. Las páginas corresponden a las 31 y 32 del libro guía
English, please! 2. Que serán adjuntas al final de la guía.
- La actividad 3 se trata de un ejercicio a través del cual los estudiantes podrán identificar las
partes básicas que componen un párrafo. También, encontraran una pista de vocabulario con
los conectores más comunes.
- La actividad 4 es sobre escritura. Es aquí donde su hijo (a) pondra en práctica lo aprendido
con el módelo de la hamburguesa.
Por último, la actividad 5 es para que su hijo(a) autoevalúe lo aprendido.
Además, se ofrecen ejemplos de las actividades y recursos adicionales de apoyo. Agradecemos
su colaboración supervisando que su hijo(a) complete las actividades indicadas. Al final, ustedes
encontrarán una serie de preguntas de verificación de lo que su hijo(a) aprendió mediante el
desarrollo de esta guía.
