years. Ms. Trinh Hien, Head of the Origin of Goods Division, Import-Export Department (Ministry of
Industry and Trade), believes that there are significant opportunities for Vietnam to leverage the
advantages in this Agreement, especially the supply chain (Vnembassy-jp, 2023). However, the detailed
information for Vietnames manufacturers seeking the benefit with tax and tariff to export into Japan's
LED market need to be further analyzed (Appendix 1).
