MOTION FOR EXECUTION

Plaintiff, thru his AIF JELO JONSON, unto this Honorable Court,
respectfully alleges that:

1.On July 26, 2023, a judgment was rendered by the Honorable Court, the
dispositive portion of which reads:

Wherefore, judgement is hereby rendered approving the Comprehensive Agreement and the
parties are ordered to comply with the terms and conditions, as follows:
“1. That the plaintiff’s claim to defendant is One Hundred Fifty-Eight Thousand Eight
Hundred Seventy-Five Pesos and 33/100 (P 158,875.33). The cost of suit is Three Thousand Seven
Thirty Pesos (P3,730.00). Thus, the defendant’s total obligation to plaintiff amounts to One Hundred
Sixty-Two Thousand Six Hundred Five Pesos and 33/100 (P162,605.33);
2. That the defendant will pay to the plaintiff the amount of Fifty-Four Thousand Two
Hundred Pesos (P54,200.00) every end of the month starting on August 31, 2023, September 30, 2023
until October 31, 2023;
3. That in case of default of defendant, the remaining obligation will be due and demandable.”

3.The defendant has not complied with the judgment.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully prayed that a writ of


execution be issued to implement the judgment of the Honorable Court dated July 26,
2023.
