Draft Completion Certificate

1 I, , acting as the Authority's Engineer, under and in accordance with the


Agreement dated L.S. E-in-C Agreement No: 01/2021-22, dt. 01-04-2021,
for Formation of Bypass road to Kadiri town from Ch. 0/0 to 11/078 and 0/0
to 1/500 (existing Ch. 159/250 to Ch. 168/450) of National Highway No. 42
of two lane with paved shoulder road in the State of Andhra Pradesh
through Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) mode of
contract under NH(O) basis through M/s. KCVR Infra Projects Pvt. Ltd., -
M/s. Thavam Constructions (JV), hereby certify that the Tests in
accordance with Article 12 of the Agreement have been successfully
undertaken to determine compliance of the Project Highway with the
provisions of the Agreement, and I am satisfied that the Project Highway
can be safely and reliably placed in service of the Users thereof.
2 It is certified that, in terms of the aforesaid Agreement, all works forming
part of Project Highway have been completed except from Km. 1+970 to
Km. 2+450, Km. 3+180 to Km. 3+320, Km. 7+125 to Km. 7+600, Km.
10+508 to Km. 10+646 and Km. 10+734 to Km. 11+078, and the Project
Highway is hereby declared completed on this the 7th day of September
2023, Scheduled Completed.
