Problem Statement

This document presents 3 potential research problem statements for studies to be conducted at the Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences. The first study would assess the effectiveness of nursing intervention on procedural anxiety and pain levels for patients undergoing TACE procedures. The second would evaluate nursing intervention on self-care ability for hemodialysis patients with end-stage renal disease. The third would compare the effectiveness of face-to-face versus video-based self-care education on quality of life for hemodialysis patients. The primary and secondary objectives are outlined for each proposed study.
