Three Point Estimation Template - Agile

The document provides instructions for completing a three point estimate to plan a project. It includes templates for estimating tasks by inputting best, most likely, and worst case estimates to calculate the expected value and standard deviation for each task and the overall project. Project contributors and their roles are also to be documented along with any notes and assumptions. The estimate is to be applied to methodology stages including planning, foundations, and two development iterations, with suggested percentage allocations of team resources for each task.
