RESOLUTION NO.
SERIES OF 2023
A RESOLUTION ON THE INVOLVEMENT OF THE DIFFERENT SECTORS
TO ENSURE INCLUSIVE REPRESENTATION OF STAKEHOLDERS IN THE
COUNCIL.
WHEREAS, in order to ensure inclusive representation of stakeholders for
the presentation the legal basis in creating of SIP, AIP, and other DepEd initiatives,
projects, and activities, School Principal II Ma'am Marichi P. Gigayon planned to
communicate with various sectors.
WHEREAS, the General PTA President, Brgy. Kagawad Hon. Edgardo P.
Bausing suggested inviting stakeholders, i.e., Brgy. Officials, GPTA officials, SSG
officers, and other private stakeholders are to take part in the orientation and
selection of the members of the Council from the different sectors. Hence,
orientation in the selection process to be representative in the council from
different sectors, its responsibilities, and other legal basis involving being a
member of the council shall be conducted primarily.
WHEREAS, the team discussed and identified various sectors to which both
public and private companies should be invited. The local government units, active
stakeholders, and representatives from indigenous people’s community.

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of the school principal, Ma’am Marichi P. Gigayon,
be it RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, all identified both public and
private companies’ active stakeholders as well as representatives from indigenous
people’s community they will be invited to ensure the involvement of the different
sectors for the suggestions on how to raise the standard of SIP, AIP, and other
DepEd initiatives, projects, and activities.
RESOLVED FURTHER THAT copies of this resolution shall be furnished and
transmitted to the School Governance Council of LASICAM-Perral National High
School and Office of the Surigao del Norte Division for information and favorable
consideration.
WE HEREBY CERTIFY TO THE CORRECTNESS OF THE FOREGOING
RESOLUTION.
