Dear Hon. Santos:
In concurrence with the forthcoming 2023 Barangay & Sangguniang Kabataan Election, I hereby
respectfully request your goo Office to grant us permission to conduct a campaign motorcade on 28
October 2023. Said motorcade shall start at 1 PM, in which Cayetano Residence shall serve as the
point of origin and destination after going around the vicinity of our barangay.

The motorcade is expected to be participated in by the candidates belonging to our Team Ruel and
some of our supporters. In earnest anticipation of your most positive response and on behalf of our
Team, allow us to express our advance gratitude and appreciation for allowing us to implement
measures that would contribute not only to the success of the event but more importantly, in ensuring
the safety of everyone involved.
