tumbler to mix ingredients directly in the glass.
• JIGGER

accurate amounts of alcohol into every drink. Usually made of metal (and sometimes plastic), jiggers
contain two different measuring amounts – one on either side of the hourglass.

ice using a spoon and straining with a strainer.

SPRING fixed around the edge of the rim rolls inward to fit inside the glass.
• JULIP STRAINER

inserted at the proper angle. Liquid passes through holes or slits in the bowl.
• POUR SPOUT ( Metal/ Plastic)
⁃ is a device used to dispense liquors into a glass. he device creates the perfect amount of
liquid every time, which makes pouring drinks easier and prevents over-pouring.
• MUDDLER
⁃ is a bartender's tool, used like a pestle to mash—or muddle—fruits, herbs and spices in
the bottom of a glass to release their flavor.
• FRUIT/ LEMON SQUEEZER
⁃ is a small kitchen utensil designed to extract juice from lemons or other citrus fruit such
as oranges, grapefruit, or lime. It is designed to separate and crush the pulp of the fruit in a way that is
easy to operate.
