1.0 INTRODUCTION

Congratulations for having passed your KCPE. We are pleased to inform you that you have

SCHOOL RULES AND REGULATIONS


1. Students will display courtesy to teachers, support staff, visitors, and fellow students at all times and be of good
morals. For light offences the student will be punished internally for serious offence the student should be
sent home.

2. Care will be exercised to avoid damage to textbooks, furniture, laboratory and games equipment, glass windows
and cutlery. Only designated paths should be used. Students should not pluck flowers, damage trees or litter the
compound. In case of any damage, the damaged item should be replaced or repaired at the expense of the
student.

3. Students will not interfere with sockets, switches and any electric installation. Students will not be allowed to
possess electric appliances including mobile phones. Water tap should be kept closed fully to avoid wastage.
The offenders will be suspended.

4. Cigarettes, alcohol and all drug abuse are strictly prohibited. Fighting, bullying, stealing are strictly forbidden.
No student may keep a weapon. These vices may cause a student to be expelled from school.

5. The following areas are out of bound for all students except under guidance of a teacher:- Staff quarters,
generator house, science lab, comp lab, kitchen and dormitory for day scholars. Punishment is to be suspended
from school.

6. Students will leave the school compound only with written permission from the master on duty. They must
report back to the master on duty within the duration allowed and hand over the permission slip. Offenders will
be suspended from the school.

7. Evening preps is compulsory. Lights off is at 10.30p.m when all students must sleep. All visitors will first report
to the master on duty. Offenders will be suspended.

8. Silence must be observed at all the times when at school. Notorious noise makers may be suspended from
school.

9. DRESSING CODE
Proper school uniform must be put on by all students. Failure to which the student may be suspended from
school

10. LANGUAGE POLICY


Students will only communicate in English and Kiswahili. Student who speaks any other language will be
suspended.

11. Time management is important hence lateness, sluggishness and absenteeism will lead to suspension.

12. Honesty should be observed by students in all undergoing when at school. Any form of dishonesty such as
cheating in exam will lead to suspension from school.

13. All church activities MUST be followed.
