CREATION OF PRESENTATION:
 1. go to power point
2. go to file menu & new blank presentation
3. specify the lay out

INSERTING OF NEW SLIDE: (Ctrl +m)

1. go to home menu, new slide
2. select the lay out.

RUNNING OF PRESENTATION:
if the user want to run presentation, press (f5).

SLIDE NUMBER: a concept which is use to add the number

and date & time of the all slides.

MOVIE FROM CLIP ORGANIZER:- a concept which is use to

insert a predefine movies designed by Microsoft into the
existing presentation.
Working:-
1. go to insert, movies and sounds, movie from clip
organizer
2. select option movie from clip organizer
3. select the required movie from clip organizer
4. and press the button (f5) to view the slide show.
MOVIE FROM FILE:- a concept which is use to insert a movie
available in the system.
Working:
1. go to insert, movies and sounds, movie from file
2. select the required movie from file
3. press the button insert.

SOUND FROM CLIP ORGANIZER:- a concept which is use to

insert a sound file designed by Microsoft into the existing
presentation.
Working:
1. go to insert, movies and sounds, sound from clip organizer
2. select the required sound
3. press the button insert.

SOUND FROM FILE:- a concept which is use to insert a sound

file available in the system
Working:
1. go to insert, movies and sounds, sound from file
2. select the required sound
3. Press the button insert.

NEW PHOTO ALBUM CREATION:

According to the photos selected by the user in available system, a new
photo album will be designed.
Working:
1. go to insert, picture and new photo album
2. select button file/disk
3. select required files and open
4. Finally presses the buttons create.

FORMAT MENU
 Insert shapes:- to insert different types of auto shapes on the
slide
Shapes styles:- to apply different types shape styles of the
selected shape
Shape fill:- to fill shape color effects backgrounds and
pictures.
Shape outline:- to fill shape outline color
Shape effects:- to apply different types of shape effects of the
selected shape.
Arrange:-
Bring to front:- selected object come to front
Send to back :- selected object send to back
Selection pane:-It is used for show and hide objects on the
slide.
VIEW MENU

SLIDE SORTER:- it is the main concept in power point which is

use in different aspects such as viewing slide
1. viewing the slide data
2. easy to transfer
3. easy to move
4. easy to copy
5. easy to delete
6. easy to hide
7. easy to apply back ground
8. easy to create duplicate
9. easy to animate
NORMAL:- come back to the normal screen when you are in slide sorter
NOTES PAGE:- adding the data as the description above the slide which
cannot display in slide show.

SLIDE MASTER:- the data which you want to each & every slide master
which is common to all
Working:-
1. go to view master, slide master
2. select the all data by pressing ctrl + a and press the button
delete
3. make the required changes
4. go to view normal
5. insert new slides by pressing ctrl + m to see the result.

COLOR & GRAY STYLE:- a concept which is use to change the entire
presentation into gray style or pure black & white.
Working:
1. go to view color & gray style
2. select gray style, or pure black and white
3. to see the result

GRID & GUIDES:- to make your data to present at the middle of

the slide.
Working:-
1. go to view, grid &guides to open window,
2. select the required option
3. Press the button ok to see the result.

3. select add effect
4. select any one of the effect
5. specify the animation type ON MOUSE CLICK or START AFTER

6. press the button (f5) to see the slide show.

Working:
1. go to animations menu , slide transition (more transition)
2. select the required animation
3. select the option slow, medium, fast
4. select the button automatic
5. specify timing
6. press apply to all.

SETUP SHOW:- a concept which is use to repeat the animation continuously.

Working:
1. go to slide show, select the set up show
2. open window
3. select option “LOOP CONTINUOUSLY UNTIL ESCAPE BUTTON”
4. press ok and see the slide show.

ACTION BUTTONS:- predefine buttons with actions design by Microsoft

available in power point, which is use to control overall presentation.
The following ACTION BUTTONS ARE:
Go to insert menu insert one shape to apply below actions.

REHEARSE TIMINGS:- display the timing each of the slide running in

presentation display without mouse keyboard.
Working:
1. insert the required slides and format the slides
2. go to slide show, set rehearse timings to see the result.

ANIMATION SCHEMES:- existing animation will be replace with new one.

Working:
1. go to slide show
2. select animation scheme
3. select any one of animation
4. press ok.

CUSTOM SHOW:- creating internal presentations from main presentation

required slide.
Working:
1. go to slide show, custom show
2. select the button add and specify the name
3. select the required slides
4. press the button OK.

RUNNING OF PRESENTATION FROM CUSTOM SHOW:

1. go to custom show window
2. select any one of the internal presentation
3. press the button show.

PACKAGE FOR CD:- it is the main concept in power point, which is use to
create a programming file to run in the axis of power point.

The design programming file will be secure the pass word not to be
open by any one.

The designed programming file can be shared all with lines by gathering the
data.

DISADVANTAGE:- once file has been created no modification can be done.

Before going this concept design your presentation perfectly all the data and
animation.
Working:-
1. go to office button select publish & package for cd
2. select the button add files to gather the slides
3. go to option to specify the pass word
4. finally press the button copy to folders
5. specify the location and name
6. press the button save
