The Mandator givesthisPower of Attorney (POA) tothe driver orsendsby post to UPS. The POA will be validafterarriving
back intothe UPS office, and itcan be modifyonlywithingcommondeclarationbythetwoparties. The present POA is
validuntilrecalled.

Mandator has criminalresponsibility, thatwithin 2 daysaftertheterm of thepresentationthegoods in the local customs
officemandatorsends back theconfirmationaboutthedischargeby post orby UPS driver totheaddress of UPS, (2220 Vecsés
Lőrinci str.154).Atthesametime Mandator gives vice guarantee and he authorized UPS Hungary Ltdtopresent an
encashment in hisbank inamount of customs duties of non dischargeditems.
Mandator will be underobligationtopaythe cost of theguarantee 6.800 HUF+VAT by bank transferor cash within 8
daysonthebase of theinvoice.

Mandator takescognizance of the customs agentmakesthe customs clearance, in thiscase Mandator acceptsthat he has
topay8445 HUF+VAT/shipmentonthebase of theinvoice of UPS Hungary Ltd, forthepresentation and fordogging of
thedocuments, and thisamountwill be paidby cash into UPS cash-desk.

-Wewould like tocallyourattentiontothewarehouse fee.Ifyoudonotensurethenecessaryconditionsforus in interest of the

customs clearance, wewillcalculatewithvarehouse fee fromthe5th workingdayafterarrival, wichamount is 5.770 HUF+VAT,
fromthe6th workingdaywecalculatewith2.780 HUF+VAT/daily.
-Wewouldlike tocallyourattentiontocompletethe SAD document is free till 4 rows, after 5th rowsthe cost is 1.300
HUF+VAT/row.Payment is by bank transferonthebase of ourinvoice.

In orderfor UPS toeither customs clearyour import shipments, orforwardthemonarrivaltothe Mandator oryouragenttoclear,
werequestthatyoucompletethisPermanentPower of Attorneydocument. Oncewehavereceivedthiswewill be
abletoprocessanyshipmentthatarrivesforyouwith UPS withouttheneedforfurthercontact,
unlessadditionaldocumentationorinformation is requiredfor Customs.
Thiswillensurethatyourshipmentsaredeliveredassoonaspossible.
Ifthenecessaryconditionsarenotensuredforthe customs clearance, theshipmentwill be delivered back totheshipperonthe 20st
dayafterarrival.
