4. (a) Anil and Sunil entered into the contract where Anil promised to deliver 100 labourers for
building his house. At the time of making the contract they included the clause “Force
Majeure”. But Anil could not deliver the labourers to Sunil due to Covid-19 lockdown.
Under this situation Anil is under no obligation to perform the contract - Justify.
