 Preparing Sketches of Concept design, Preliminary design,Detailed design, working drawings & Shop drawings.
 Preparation of architectural & structural detailed/shop drawings for Warehouses, Villas and High Rise buildings.
 Coordinate the Architectural & Structural drawings with other disciplines.
 Find out the mismatching in Architectural & Structural drawings with MEP drawings by x-ref the drawings.
 Responsible for the correctness and absolute accuracy of drawing work, quality, Layout and notes and
coordination of drawings amongst the team.
 Compliance with the Quality Assurance procedures.
 Follow up drafting, draft checking, and issue of drawings.
 Proper documentation of the design drawings as of the company procedure and ISO standards.
 Recording drawings on drawing registers, transmittal of drawings to clients and sites as required.
 Preparation of drawings for design changes, revisions Etc...
