COMPLAINT-AFFIDAVIT
THE UNDERSIGED COMPLAINANT, respectfully alleges:
I, AMELITA L. SANCHEZ, of legal age, single mother, Filipino, 28-year-old and a
resident of 0326 Bana Street, Lumbia, City of Pagadian, Zamboanga del Sur, after
being sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and state that:
1. On or about the 18th day of September 2023, in Pagadian City, Zamboanga del
Sur, the said accused was employed as the housemaid of Amelita L. Sanchez,
with a residential address located at 0326 Bana Street, Lumbia, City of Pagadian,
Zamboanga del Sur. She has a 3-year-old daughter.
2. At around 7 o’clock in the morning, before leaving my house, I entrusted her to
look for my daughter and my house as well. Provided that she stayed with me for
almost 8 years, my trust and confidence in her were evident.
3. The accused, IVY MARIE C. ALIDON, is single, of legal age, a Filipino citizen,
29-year-old and a resident of 0326 Bana Street, Lumbia, City of Pagadian,
Zamboanga del Sur.
4. At around 7:30 o’clock that evening. I called IVY MARIE C. ALIDON to make
sure she had already attended my daughter's dinner and locked every door in my
house, but she didn’t answer my call.
5. When I reached home, at exactly 9 o’clock in the evening, I found out that the
main gate was open as well as the main door. I hurriedly rushed to my daughter’s
room, where my daughter is crying to her room. Then I went to my room to check
that some of my personal belongings were gone, like my 2-gold necklace worth
40,000, 1 Rolex Jr size 31mm watch worth 2,500, 1 diamond ring worth 12,042,1
diamond heart pendant worth 2,000, 2 pearl necklace worth 3,999, 1 LV Neo Neo
MM MNG Black worth 25, 000 , 2 Handbag Channel worth 70, 300, 50,000 cash
and my motorcycle black Yamaha Mio I 125s plate number 0401-0805759 worth
82,900. I decided to check my CCTV cameras, and I found out that IVY MARIE
C. ALIDON took away my things and my motorcycle as recorded.
6. I immediately reported the incident to the police that same day, but before I left
my house, my neighbor, Ms. Leslie D. Salamania, approached and said to me
that she saw my housemaid exit my house at exactly 7:30 pm while carrying my
belongings and run my motorcycle.
7. That I attached hereto as Exhibits needed to support the case filed into the court;
“A” – CCTV cameras found in my room
“B”- Affidavit of Witness of Leslie D. Salamania, to prove that she saw the crime
committed.
“C”- Passport ID of Ivy Marie C. Alidon
8. In addition to filing a formal complaint of QUALIFIED THEFT against IVY MARIE
C. ALIDON, I am signing this complaint affidavit to witness to the truth of my
claims and for any other legal purposes it may serve.

I, Leslie D. Salamania, 23 years old, single, resident at 0326 Bana Street, Lumbia, City
of Pagadian, Zamboang del Sur, after having sworn in accordance with law, do hereby
depose and state THAT:
1. I was present and personally saw that respondent, Ivy Marie “Inday” Alidon,
committed the crime of qualified theft against the victim Amelita L. Sanchez;
2. That I was her neighbor where the crime was committed.
3. That I heard the baby cry, and as I looked at the house of Amelita Sanchez,
there was something wrong there.
4. That at around 7:30 o’clock in the evening, I saw Ivy Marie “Inday” Alidon on
your way out of the house and she drive the motorcycle and brought bags.
She started the engine and left with the gate and main door open.
5. At around 9 o’clock in the evening, the complainant, Amelita Sanchez, just
arrived at her house, and she rushed inside to look at her baby crying. I went
to her and told them that I’m the one who saw the crime committed against
her housemaid.
I executed this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing facts and to
support the filing of Criminal Cases against Ivy Marie C. Alidon for violations of qualified
theft.
