8 SAFETY OF NAVIGATION & COLREGS
Knowledge of Distress Messages- Obligation and procedures, Safe Manning, Navigating in

Equipments, VDR and LRIT. Masters discretion. Navigation Bridge Visibility. Master-Pilot

9 SHIP HANDLING
