Check for location of construction , expansion joint &

Check for slope of screed & ponding before laying of

membrane

Check for surface preparation ie. free from all


9 dirt,oil ,grease,loosely adhering particles,spalled
concrete,nails & protrusions.

10 Check for application of primer & membrane .

Check for torching of membrane from left to right to

melt bitumen for adhesion to substrate.

12 Check for dampness by flooding water for 7 days.

13 Check for repair / rectification if leakage found.

Testing of leakage to be done after rectification/

repair.

15 Check for final approval of Clients.
