PAYMENT IMPORTED PORTION
Buyer should arrange the 50% of the total amount as the deposit within three (3)
working days after signing the contract.
And the payment method for the balance ( 50% of the total amount )
should arrange upon presentation of shipping documents.

50% downpayment upon delivery at site.
40% upon completion of mechanical and electrical wiring installation.
10% retention payable after 30 days upon-turnover
DELIVERY SHIPMENT
Within 70 days ex-factory from receipt of your confirmed
Purchase Order and Downpayment.
COMPLETION
Within 30 days, after on-site start of work, subject to force majeure,
strikes, lockouts, acts of God, acts of Government, and other factors beyond our control.
STANDARD Elevator is manufactured in accordance with major international safety codes EN81
and manufacturing quality standard ISO : 2008, ISO 14001 : 2004
WARRANTY The elevators parts covered by this proposal are guaranteed against factory
defects and faulty workmanship under normal operating conditions for a period
of twelve (18) motnhs upon shipment.
Any parts found to be defective within the period, not attributed to normal wear and tear or
incorrect operation shall be replaced free-of-charge.
Provided, however that no other party shall be entrusted with the
maintenance and repair of the equipment during the guarentee period. Our
liability under this guarantee is limited to the replacement of defective parts.
NOTE:
In case of cancellation of orders for reasons other than ours, payment will be
refunded less all applicable charges, including but not limited to the cancellation
charges which is equievalent to 25% of the total contract price.
Buyer will provide temporary power supply for operation during installation.
Finishing of all landing door façade and other civil works including Pit(water-proofed)
related are for the owners account.
