About the author
Chris Gale has been the head coach and owner of CrossFit Kenko in Victoria,
Australia since 2013. He has overcome brain surgery and found that strength
and conditioning, powerlifting. weightlifting, gymnastics and training as a
CrossFit athlete has broken all barriers the doctors advised him.
Chris Gale has tried and tested many theories, training protocols and exercise
programming from around the world to compose his own programming to
successfully help his clients achieve their goals.
