Faculty

Prof. Mehul Raithatha

Dr Mehul Raithatha is a faculty in finance and accounting. He has done his doctorate
from S J Mehta School of Management, Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. His
doctoral dissertation was in the area of Financial Reporting and Compliance. He holds
a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) degree from ICFAI University and M.Com.
(Accounting) from Mumbai University. Before joining IIM Indore, he was faculty at
IFMR Chennai. His research interests include financial reporting, corporate
governance, audit quality, and earnings quality. His teaching interests include
Financial Accounting and Reporting, Cost and Management Accounting, and Financial
Analysis.

Prof. Debasish Maitra

Prof. Debasish Maitra is a faculty in finance and accounting. He is a fellow from the
Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA), India. Before joining IIM Indore, he was
with IMT Ghaziabad. His research interests include the interplay between risk and
bank performance during post-financial crisis, commodity markets (development,
co-movements with other markets, and regulatory issues), volatility dynamics of
markets, the influence of macroeconomics on different asset markets, derivatives
listing/delisting, and its effects on stock returns, and non-linear relationships among
factors affecting stock returns and volatility over different investment horizons.

Upon completing this program, you'll earn a Certificate of Successful Completion
from IIM Indore. This certification will add considerable value to your professional
credentials.

Candidates will not qualify for the Certificate of Successful Completion if they have an 'F'
grade in 50% of the courses or/and overall attendance for the program is less than 75%.
This program and its courses will follow a relative grading schema for evaluation.
