cashier likewise will be allowed to deduct from the gross daily sales of the LESSEE for a period of 30
working days until the arrearages in the rent inclusive of penalty, interest and surcharges for the past two
months has been fully recovered and paid for. The daily collection shall not be less than 3% of the total
arrearages. The Cahier’s salary and all other benefits for the duration of 30 days shall be for the account
of the LESSEE. The collection is without prejudice to the payment of the rent of the LESSEE during the
appointment of the Cashier. Failure on the part of the LESSEE to pay the salary and or benefits of the
appointed Cashier and or failure of the LESSEE to comply with the provisions of this section shall be
sufficient grounds for the cancellation of this contract, without prejudice to the right of the LESSOR to
collect the arrearages. The appointment of the Cashier or any of the provisions of this section can only be
availed of by the LESSEE once during the duration of this contract of lease. If the LESSEE would fail to
pay rent for two consecutive months for the second time this contract shall be automatically cancelled.
We are giving you until April 5, 2023 (Wednesday) to settle your obligation.
