Jackie Pursell
Project & Portfolio I: Week 1

IDENTITY

I always knew that I wanted to be an artist. I loved

drawing, painting, music, and admiring the
cinematography in films. I started my passion for
photography when I was 13 years old and quickly
became the girl with the camera within my friend
group. There was something magical to me about
making my friends look and feel good with my
imagery. Now that I’m becoming more familiar with
marketing. I want to work more closely with
advertising to help companies reach their audience in
an authentic way.

You know social media marketing? Well, what I do is provide imagery and
inspiring graphics to capture the audience’s attention. In fact, I’ve been working in
social media marketing for 5 years now and have seen what works and what doesn’t
for select audiences.
