6. A concave lens of Focal length 20cm forms an image 15cm from the lens. Determine the power of the lens. Also,
how far is the object positioned from the lens?
7. Explain the working and construction of electroscope.
8. A boy is standing 2.500 m in front of a camera. The camera uses a convex lens whose focal length is 0.050m.
Find the image distance (the distance between the lens and the film) and determine whether the image is real or
virtual. Also, find the power of the lens.
9. Find the equivalent capacitance when a 4µF, 3µF, 2µF Capacitors are connected in series.

10. Define Capacitors and Capacitance, factors affecting capacitance, and explain and derive expression of parallel
combination of capacitor with a labeled diagram. Also, write some uses of it.

11. Explain, what are the defects caused in Human eye. How can these defects be fixed? Also draw diagrams.
12. Answer the following:
a. Make a ray diagram of a convex lens and mention the size, position and nature of an image when object
is placed at:
i. At Infinity
ii. At 2F1
iii. Behind 2F1
iv. At F1
b. State and derive Coulomb’s law.
