Tuition Fee Assessment Form

This document contains a tuition fee assessment form that collects personal information to determine a student's fee status for university tuition. It notes that the fee assessment process is independent of the admissions application decision. The form requests information about immigration status, residency details for the past 10 years, and employment history to assess if any exemptions for home or EU fees apply based on UK Council for International Student Affairs guidelines. It stresses that incomplete forms or those without documents cannot be accurately processed.
