Hey there, curious minds! Today, we're about to embark on a journey into the
mysterious realm of a disease that has challenged humanity for centuries. Imagine an
invisible intruder, cunningly making its way from one person to another, lingering in
the air we breathe—let's talk about tuberculosis!

Now before we dive into the play, let’s first have a sneak peek at how we acquire
tuberculosis. This will help us further understand not only the disease but its process,
treatment, and prevention.

We can acquire TB in many ways, thus its main route is through airborne. (When an
infected person talks, coughs, or even sneezes, these invisible passengers take flight,
looking for their next host. It's like a suspenseful spy novel, only it's happening all
around us)

But aside from this, we can also acquire TB by touching contaminated surfaces. Let's say
someone with active TB coughs into their hand and then touches a surface. If you touch
that surface and then touch your face, you could introduce the bacteria into your
respiratory system.)

Now, here's the plot twist: TB doesn't play favorites. It can strike anywhere, from
bustling city centers to the quiet corners of the globe. But don't let that give you the
shivers just yet—understanding how this crafty bacterium spreads is the first step in
defeating it.

Join us on this journey as we unravel the enigma of tuberculosis, exploring the ways it
sneaks into our lives and what we can do to outsmart it. Together, we'll shed light on
the secrets of TB, because knowledge is our most powerful weapon against the unseen
foe. Ready to unmask the mystery? Let's dive in!

Now let me tell you a short story, wherein the Family Madriaga had an encounter with
this disease: Scene one, Disease transmission and infection

Maridhel and Melrhean are childhood best friends. On the weekends, they would
always play together sharing their toys and things. Unbeknownst to them, Melrhean
was a carrier of the Mycobacterium Tuberculosis – The bacteria responsible for TB.
