Grade-IV LAC Session for the Month of September
Description:
1. To learn more about Science Investigatory Project (SIP).
Objectives:
2. To identify the different steps in making Science Investigatory Project (SIP)
HIGHLIGHTS:
As per order of the DepEd, Teachers school-based/district based LAC Session should be conducted to
discuss matters related to teaching.
More than 80% of the

90% completion of the activity
Achievement of

Participants’ Teachers plan to make a simple Science Investigatory Project (SIP) addressing the

1. Design of the Event
The activity done at Mabini Central Elementary School with the demonstrator, Grade- IV
teachers, training manager and the school head who is encharge of the grade IV teachers.
2. Methodology
Conducted the LAC Session by inviting a demonstrator/ speaker to discuss and demonstrate how
the Science Investigatory Project (SIP) was done.
3. Management of the Activity
The training manager leads the activity with the support of the school head who is
incharge of the grade IV teachers in the district.
4. Resource Person
School Head, Training manager and the demonstrator/Speaker
5. Audience Participation
The activity was successfully done through the cooperation and participation by the grade –IV
teachers.
6. Logistical Arrangements
Matrix for the day was being followed.

content in Science IV.
