Acknowledgement
There have been many people who guided me and offered me the doors that
might be useful to open. With inmost gratitude and appreciation, I respectfully give
thanks to the persons who helped me in making my Work Immersion a successful
one.To my beloved parents, to my sibling, to my teachers, to my adviser, to Ma’am
ferlily, to all my friends and close friends and of course to all those who helped us
to have our work Immersion in exchange to Research Capstone.
To my Mama, I’m thankful for her boundless love, care and support, for
preparing my lunch every day, for providing all my necessities financially, physically
and morally, for her patience and everything.
To my Tatay, for his never fading advices and for being there for me no matter
what, for inspiring me to pursue my goals in life, for encouraging me to always make
the best out of everything and for his big thanks for touching my life and motivating
me to study harder for me to have a better future.
To the school where I am studying, Dapdap High School, where I developed my
talents and abilities and sharpened my mind and it is of course with the help of the
DHS teachers. To all my teachers who shared and continuously sharing their
knowledge with learners like me and keep on molding me into a better person.
Above all, to our Almighty God, for His unconditional love and for all the blessing
He is giving to me each day of my life. With love me and my family always safe, for
giving me enough knowledge and ability to perform each task that were assigned to
me and for the challenges He has given me that made me stronger that before. I
thank Him for his comfort during the times that I am about to give up. By His grace,
I was able to finish this immersion without any conflict. Most of all, I thank him for
words that keeps on reminding myself that I can do all thing with his words and with

Preface
According to Department of Education (DepEd) Order No. 40, series of 2015,the
Work Immersion refers to the part of the Senior High School (SHS) Curriculum
consisting of 80 hours of hands-on experience or work simulation which the
students will undergo to expose them to the actual workplace setting and to enrich
the competencies provided by the school under the supervision of the School Head
and the designated personnel of the Partner.
Work immersion experiences are a form of experiential learning which typically
involve intensive educational instruction and exposure to complex social issues,
often taking students outside of their ’’comfort zones’’ to critically examine their
own preconceived notions and biases.
Work immersion is one of the requirements for graduation. Our class was divided
into 3 groups and I became part of the first batch. Being on an Immersion does not
have been easy on my way. A did a lot of adjustments for this, nevertheless I
successfully made it. Within 80 hours, I enjoyed my 10 days of work immersion.
I do believe on others who say that ‘’ experience give us the tests first and the
lessons later ‘’ In school. You’re taught a lesson then given a test. In life, you’re
given a test that teaches you a lesson. Because in life, the is whatever you are trying
to accomplish, either you do or you don’t .As you view the wreckage and try to pick
up the pieces, you have the opportunity to learn the lesson.

Rules and Regulations
1. Need to go at restaurant in the right time.
2.Wear the right proper uniform.
3. It is prohibited for cellphone while on duty.
4.The waitress and cook are always wearing the hairnet.
5. Inform the manager early if he cannot go to the restaurant.
6. No holiday
7. Be friendly to the co-workers.
8. The employees are not allowed to smoke near at the restaurant.
