GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS OF WRITING PRACTICAL RECORD NOTE BOOK

1. Buy Physics Practical records note book / Chemistry / Biology / computer science /
Physical Education from shop .
● PHYSICS There are 10 experiments and 4 Activities.
● All of you write all experiments and Activities as given in Physics pdf
document.
● CHEMISTRY There are 14 experiments in total. You have to write all
experiments as given in pdf documents.
● PHYSICAL EDUCATION There are 3 Practical .In Practical 1 is same for all
. In Practical 2 you have to write procedure for Asansas, Benifits as given in
pdf documents. In Practical 3 you have to choose any one sports like Cricket,
khabaddi , Football , Kho-kho etc and write as given in pdf documents
● BIOLOGY There are 11 experiments, you have to write all as per pdf
documents.
● COMPUTER SCIENCE There are 20 experiments, you have to write all as
per pdf documents.
2. In *Front page* of lab records you have to write
● Your name
● Class
● Roll no.( Remains blank )
● Institutions name - Vivekananda Shiskha kendra
● Lab physics / Chemistry/ Biology/ Computer Science/ Physical
education
( No other things are to be fill up by you, all are remains blank )

3. INDEX PAGE
● Name of the experiment (As given in pdf )
● Page no. ( As per pages are being written by you)
● Date of experiment and Date of submission ( Remains blank )
4. In white blank page you have to draw the picture/ paste graph paper as given in pdf .
5. Always see the page number mention in the pdf amd write as well .when there is a
picture you have to draw in left side of record notebook .
6. Page number and experiment number should be maintained as per pdf .
7. Date of every experiment remains blank .
8. No Strike off , No use of Whitener in lab records
9. Diagram should be neat and clean
10. Procedure should be written in passive form only .

Take the pins and fix on the table ( as given in lab records book )

12. Tabulation should be fill up as given in pdf only .
