FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
I haven’t received my items. When will I receive them?
Your downloads will be available for download right after you make the purchase. To
find the files you should sign in to Etsy.com on a browser and go to Your Account,
then Purchases.
Once you are on the purchases page, you will find a "Download Files" button.
Clicking on it will direct you to a page where you can retrieve all the files
associated with your purchase

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The Download button is not available for me. What should I do?
In some cases there might be a delay in processing your payment, which may also
affect the time it takes for your file to become available to you. Etsy usually processes
the payments within a few hours so there is no need to worry!
After the payment is processed your files will be available to you through Etsy.
I purchased as a guest, how will I get my item?
If you checked out as a guest the email receipt you received after checking out will
contain a link to download your purchase.
If there are any issues with downloading the files I’ll gladly send you the
planner and the instructions by e-mail as soon as possible!
What app do you recommend for digital planning?
Our planners work with most note-taking applications including GoodNotes,
Notability, Notes Writer, Noteshelf, ZoomNotes and Xodo.
Can I count on additional support from you?
Rest assured, I am here to provide continuous support for these digital products as
long as you require assistance!
Feel free to send me a message at any time, and I'll respond as quickly as possible.
Please keep in mind the time difference as I am based in Europe.
The hyperlinks don’t work in GoodNotes. What should I do?
For the hyperlinks to work on GoodNotes, please ensure the “Read-Only” option is
selected. It is located on the right at the top bar and has a crossed out pencil icon.

Will there be any items shipped to me?
We don't offer physical products at the moment as our planners and templates are
only digital. Once your purchase is confirmed, you will immediately receive access to
the downloadable files related to your order.

INSTRUCTIONS
After clicking the DOWNLOAD button on page 1 of this file, you'll be redirected to
your new planner on Google Drive. For a video guide click here.
SAVING YOUR FILE ON IPAD
To download the file, simply click the Export button on the right side of the page,
then click Save to Files. Once the download starts in Safari, the file will appear in the
Downloads tab at the upper right corner of the screen. Clicking on the Download
option will automatically open the file in your Files app.
IMPORTING FILES TO GOODNOTES
Tap the Export button in the top right corner, scroll down the menu, and tap Open
in GoodNotes. Another method is to scroll horizontally through the app icons, click
the three dots and click on the GoodNotes icon.
You can also import files directly into the GoodNotes app. On the home screen
(Bookshelf), click the + button, then tap Import. The Files app will open
automatically. Find your planner's file and click on it to import it into GoodNotes.
GOODNOTES HYPERLINKS NOT WORKING?
GoodNotes has two modes: Edit and Read-Only. You can use your pen and
highlighter along with other tools in Edit mode. To use the hyperlinks you should
switch to Read-Only mode. The Read-Only mode's icon is a crossed-out pencil and
is in the top right corner. or
IMPORTING FILES TO NOTABILITY
To import to Notability, click on the Export button in the top right corner. Scroll
horizontally through the app icons and click the Notability icon.
A new tab will pop up, where you click Create New Note, then Import.
An occasional Notability glitch will turn your planner to a blank file when importing
from the internet. To counter this you should download the file on your device to
your Files application. In your Files app long tap your planner's PDF file, click Share
and find Notability's icon. A new tab will pop up where you click Create New Note,
then Import.
