1) Untrained / Incompetent / Inexperienced worker. 1. Trained, competent and experienced workers should be deployed.
2) Lack of Knowledge. 2. Ensure competency certificates.
3) Unfit worker 3. Workers above 21 years and below 50 years of age are only allowed for height work after passing vertigo
test.
4. Pre entry medical check - up should be done & Virtigo Test shoulb be done.
5. Only Safety inducted workers should be deploy for the performing the work.
6. Work related trainings, TBT to be provide before start the work.
7. All workers are known about the work activity.
8. HCCBPL Construction guideline must be followed.

watcher trainings.
11. Provision of drinking water and other welfare facilities shall be provided.

5) Ensure the area is barricaded to prevent any unauthorized persons entry.
6) All scafflodings shall be erected by qualified or trained competent personals under the supervison of a
scaffolding supervisor.
7) Inspection of scaffolding shall be done by a qualified scaffolding inspector.
8) Ensure tagging system while erection and modification and working time.
9) No one else is permitted to alter any scaffoldings without the aproval of scaffolding inspector.
10) Scaffolding must be fitted with toe boards to prevent the fall of materials shall be proeprly secured in the

11) All persons entering in the scaffolding must be physically fit for the job and shall be afried of heights.
12) Obtain all persons should be coverd in vertigo test.

shall be maintained while working at height works.
15) Ensure proper sign and cuation should be placed at work area.

16) Ensure daily inspection should be carried out and documents should be maintain.

PPEs.
18) Ensure scaffolding tagg should be avaialbe on scaffolding.

9. Ensure Cutting tourch should be in good condition and inspect before use.
