NSTP - Project Matrix

The objective of the project is to reduce trash littering roads in Barangay Pandan, Angeles City, Pampanga by 25% over 3 months. A seminar will be held in January-March 2012 to educate the community about waste issues. Large trash cans will be placed on street corners to encourage proper disposal. Resources include tarpaulins, posters, and flyers. Funding comes from the Barangay. The expected output is a 25% reduction in roadside trash after 3 months.

Role of the Barangay Captain: Organize a meeting with the Barangay Council and the SK Council for the plan. Role of the Barangay Council: Organize the seminar. Role of the SK Council: To post different posters, flyers, tarpaulin etc. to the whole community telling information on the campaign Role of the Kagawads: Gradual patrol on the area to ensure the policy is followed. Role of the Community: To implement the policy.
