Performance Appraisal
Performance appraisal is the process of quantifying performance levels of
employees. It is a system which enables management to assess employees
based on planned work objectives and relative factors that affect one's over-all
performance, aimed towards providing development opportunities within the
organization.
Mechanics
Please rate the above named employee based on the actual performance of his
during the specified appraisal period indicated above. Rating scheme shall be
on a scale of 1 to 5, 5 being the highest. Rating shall be done based on two major
performance areas, the employee's KEY OBJECTIVES and SOFT SKILLS.
The Key Objectives are set plans that need to be achieved by the employee within
a specified time. Soft Skills are identified factors that contribute in the over-all
performance of an employees duties and responsibilities relative to the position
he/she holds.
