Present: Subject Coordinators, District Focal Person, Master Teachers of Araling Panlipunan in
District V
Total # of Attendees: 109

The meeting started with the singing of the Philippine National Anthem headed by Mrs.
Marilou M. Ibea, SPED Master Teacher and Rheafe Marie L. Faborada, GT-5 student. Then, a solemn
doxology was offered through sign language of selected pupils and Mrs. Reynora V. Laurenciano,
Principal, of Justo Lukban Elementary School made a very warm welcome to all present. An
intermission number “Mamang Sorbetero” song was performed by the GT-4 Ukelelist while Mr.
Doody R. Garlan, Master Teacher provided spiritual nourishment. It is then followed by Mrs. Maria
Amor T. Espino, School Librarian, led the professional growth.
A recap of the previous meeting was discussed by Mrs. Nilda M. Arcibal, Master Teacher,
Gregorio del Pilar Elementary School and was approved by the body. Our EPS Mrs. Amalia C. Solis
highlighted important matters as follows:
1. Commended the teachers who participated on the District Demo:
a. Leslie J. Dela Cruz
b. Elynne S. Villa
c. Eunice C. Palwa
2. Follow up on schools who haven’t submitted their proficiency report for the 3 rd quarter and
the average final rating as the school year is about to end.
3. All competencies in the DBOW Quarterly Audit should be met. Teachers were asked to
carefully input data and avoid placing “none” on each competency.
4. Bidyo Bayani must be utilized and can be inserted in some parts of the lesson planning.
5. Teachers were asked regarding students’ feedback on LAMP.
6. District III Demo Teaching line up was discussed and awaiting memorandum from SDO.
7. Follow up on schools who haven’t submitted their school history profile. Some teachers
shared their experiences while gathering data such as hindrances to collect the said data.
8. Strictly follow the lesson planning format guided by the DO 42, S. 2016 – POLICY
GUIDELINES ON DAILY LESSON PREPARATION FOR THE K TO 12 BASIC
EDUCATION PROGRAM
9. It is reiterated that teachers are allowed to omit parts that are not applicable to the lesson but
must not deviate from the original parts of the lesson as stipulated in the memorandum.
Follow up on schools who haven’t submitted their school history profile. Some teachers
shared their experiences while gathering data such as hindrances to collect the said data.
10. The proper positioning of logo and signatories must be followed in submitting documents.
11. Bidyo Turismo will be the next project of the SSES.
12. PASAG-AP: Books for Araling Panlipunan are not yet available.

A closing prayer was led by Mrs. Marivec S. Siodena, Teacher III.
