Overall Scope of Services of the consultant:
To study the project, inspect the site, attend necessary conference, and prepare
plans.
Preparation of design proposal.
Preparation of detailed layouts required for the purpose of execution
Preparation of working drawings.
Note:
The project and site visits are time bound to 12 months from the time of construction. 15
site visits are a part of the contract, extra site visits will be charged @Rs.3000/visit .
Area exceeded above 3900 Sq.ft will be charged @75rs / Sq.ft
The consultant will get the submission drawings prepared and approved from the
concerned authority, Approval charges will be extra @ 25,000/-.
All drawings and details will be to upto mark according to the design and if required, as
per site changes will be made during construction phase.
