ACTIVITIES / ACHIEVEMNTS

1. Monitoring Teacher WhatsApp group regarding issues such as eBooks not Visible, LP not updated,
Online Student showing as Offline in the Portal, Updating of Attendance Sheet, HW/CW not
visible, Unit Test Paper Not reflecting, Incorrect Paper reflecting at the portal, not able to mark
the attendance, not able to upload the marks, assessment not visible, daily diary issues, etc.

2. Coordinating with branch EA regarding Adding & Removal of Students, coordinating with branch
principal for Online/Offline Request, getting issues from the EA through call or WhatsApp group
regarding Online Student database for their branch, Status regarding already raised
Online/Offline Status, Student opted for Online but not getting links or not able to see the class
on portal, issues related to newly added student class time table for OOS, etc.

3. Branch EA/Principal Continuously raised add/remove request with the help of provided google
form. I check all the request and after verifying the details I will add/remove at our Student
Database.

4. Resolving Email Queries on daily basis. (admin.oos@orchids.edu.in) . Here we are getting issues
from the branch Principal, Branch EA, FOE, Parents, Orchids Physical Book Department, Reply
from Tech Team (Raised Ticket), Central eBooks Department, etc

 Managing and maintaining all academic data and records.


 Coordination with the tech team for all portal related issues.
 Support academic leadership team members with matters such as updates, imports, batch
changes, queries, exports, and reports.
 Develop methods to automate data shuttling processes to reduce errors across systems.
 Implement best practices in data utilization and optimization and provide support, training, and
assistance to other users

ANY EXTRA WORK YOU HAVE DONE: Creation & Management of Overall Online Orchids Student
Muster, Overall AOL Student Attendance, Overall OOS Student Attendance, Sending Circular to all the
Grades and Section through automated mailing system, Managing and Maintaining HW/CW Evaluation
for OOS & AOL, Automated Assessment Tracker, Automated PTM File, Automated Attendance Report,
Daily Shuffling Report for Coordinator’s, Created Automated Online Student Sheet for all the Orchids
Branches, Creation of Shuffling Response Sheet for Branch EA, etc.
