1. The family was experiencing difficulty controlling food intake and recognizing health risks due to diabetes. 2. Through nursing interventions like education, home visits, and demonstrations, the goal was for the family to properly manage food intake and understand diabetes risks. 3. After the interventions, the client was able to control food intake with a proper diet, understand risk factors, and identify a health problem level of 140mg/dL blood sugar.
